AAANNNNNNNDDDD, THEY’RE BACK!!
We had at least 30 kids after school today!! We lost count but Tucker and Haleigh ROCKED serving them! Coach Clanton made an appearance and Mr. Tyson kept them rounded up.
At the end of the last school year, I asked the kids for prayer requests and the major request was ….
“WE NEED A BIGGER SPACE!!!”
Today, we got to share that God had answered their prayers!!
Not too much longer and we’ll be in a larger space, they’ll be able to spread out and we’ll be able to continue to offer a safe space for our community.
Monday – Wednesday we teach leadership rooted in Christ and Thursday’s we have a celebration meal, typically graciously sponsored by people in our community.
We offer the kids snacks and our handcrafted drinks for no cost to them as long as they participate in the afterschool program.
Gosh – I was literally jumping up and down when they started rolling in. They yelled “HI MS. Carrrrriiieee!!”one said – “Man! I’ve missed coming here!!”
What an honor to be a vessel for His Kingdom. 
Between here and Guatemala – we’re building cross cultural bridges through education, outreach and global impact – the most difficult and most rewarding thing we have ever done.
